GUIDELINES / INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
SESSION 2012-13
Ø
Punctuality in all activities / functions is must for each and
every child.
Ø
Be
respectful to the seniors and courteous to the juniors.
Ø
Class monitor to maintain discipline in the class in absence of
the class teacher.
Ø
Surroundings and belongings must be kept neat and tidy.
Ø
Care should be taken about the personal hygiene i.e. bath,
brushing of teeth, cutting nails and washing of clothes should
be done regularly.
Ø
Do
not use towels, soaps, under garments and clothes of the other
students.
Ø
Proper dress should be worn on all occasions.
Ø
Vidyalaya should be properly
looked after and any damage should be immediately reported to
the class teacher / House master / Mistress.
Ø
Switch off fans and lights when not needed.
Ø
All
books and exercise books should be kept in proper order.
Ø
Books taken from Almirah of the library / house library should
be returned after reading the book.
Ø
Strict silence must be observed in the Library / Reading room.
Ø
Enter the dining hall in a cue and do not make noise or talk
while taking meals. Dining Manners must be observed in the
Mess.
Ø
Regular participation in games, sports, hobbies and
co-curricular activities is compulsory for all students.
Ø
All
valuable articles and cash must be deposited with the House
Masters / Mistresses.
Ø
Do
not go to the areas “Out of Bound” for students.
Ø
No
leave shall be granted during the session, expect in exceptional
circumstances with the written permission of the Principal
written request for leave must come from parents.
Ø
Parents may meet their wards on the Second Saturday of the
month. They will, however, not be permitted to enter the
dormitories. |
